In any view, he would submit that they would follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
