Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter, charges have already been preferred on dated 29.10.2014, whereupon cognizance under sections 147, 148, 323, 336, 427, 452 I.P.C. and 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act has been taken by learned court concerned and in pursuance to the same, all the accused have been enlarged on bail and thereafter the matter is pending at the stage of framing charges. 3. Be that as it may, if there is no other legal impediment, learned court concerned is hereby directed to proceed with framing of charges as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5. However, it is made clear that the prayer for expeditious disposal of the entire trial shall be considered after framing of charges.
