This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in respect of Nalbari Police Station Case No. 18/2025. 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, all the three petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have also been recorded. 4. Since the petitioners are co-operating with the Investigating Officer, they do not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, their bail application is allowed. 5. Therefore, the interim bail granted in favour of the petitioners on 28.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. The bail application accordingly stands disposed of. The CD shall be returned.
