This bail cancellation application under Section 483 (3) B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2- Rahul Kumar Gupta vide order dated 07.11.2024 by the learned trial court in Bail Application No. 1443 of 2024 (Rahul Gupta vs. State of U.P.) in Case Crime No. 137 of 2024, under Sections 328, 342, 376, 504, 506, 507 I.P.C., Police Station Kamasin, District Banda. 4. The present bail cancellation application has been filed by the first informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant after some arguments submitted that the present bail cancellation application be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage as he shall explore his option and remedy available under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018. 6.
