The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 689 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 21.12.2024, at about 03:15 a.m., the informant was waylaid by four to five unknown persons near a place at Obra, Garhwa. The accused persons looted his truck. 4. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and he has been identified by the Informant. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
