Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Ravinder Dhankar, IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Pipli, Kurukshetra, further submits that letter of appointment/necessary order in this regard shall be issued/passed in favour of the petitioner upon creation of supernumerary post along with release of all requisite benefits within a period of 08 weeks from today. 3. In view thereof, no cause survives in the present petition, as such, the same is disposed of. Rule stands discharged. 4. However, in case the respondents fail to abide by the aforesaid undertaking, their salary to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till the compliance is made. 5.
