The writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- “10.1)It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to the petitioner and decision on the application/objection for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the present voter list and previous voter list of state assembly election held in 2024 to reveal the availability of the petitioner in the said list and for opportunity of voting right and contesting election should be restore. 10.2)It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ of mandamus etc. commanding the respondents to hold the election of ward no. 18, Madawa Dhodha, Nagar Palika Parishad Bankimongra, Tahsil Katghora, Distt. Korba (C.G.) to be held on 11.02.2025. 10.3) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. From perusal of pleadings of the writ petition and the relief clause of the writ petition, it appears that the same has not been properly framed. It is not clear for which constituency or 3 area he is seeking inclusion of his name in the voter list. Even the petitioner has not filed any document in respect to the objection raised/ request made for inclusion of his name in the voter list to the C.G. State Election commission within the time schedule. 3. Since the writ petition is without proper pleading and document, the same is dismissed.
