This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3 the boundary pillars shall be fixed the Gata no.117 area 0.093 and Gata no.118 area 0.79 hectare according in the compliance of the order dated 30.9.2023 situated in Village Baderi Pargana Meda, Tehsil Badalapur District Jaunpur." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 30.09.2023 but demarcation proceedings have not been carried out till date. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to proceed with the matter and conclude the proceedings positively within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
