Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 30.7.2025 learned Standing counsel has produced instruction dated 4.8.2025 which is taken on record. 3. Learned Standing counsel is directed to provide a copy of instruction to learned counsel for the applicant. 4. Based upon instructions, he informs that the applicant was taken into custody on 26.7.2025. He also informs that now another FIR has been registered against the applicant and his son. His son was arrested against that FIR and sent to jail. 5. Under such facts of the case, there is no wilful disobedience of the order of the writ Court. 6. No contempt is made out.
