ORDER 16.09.2025 CM No.4545/2024:
The applicant states that in advertently the applicant-petitioner has given wrong particulars of the respondents in the writ petition which needs to be replaced with the correct ones. The applicant is stated to be working in Irrigation & Flood Control Department, therefore, has grievance against them only, however, while submitting the writ petition in hand the applicant has wrongly given the particulars of the authorities of PW(R&B) Department. The applicant, in that view of the matter seeks table amendment.
Having regard to the averments taken in the application coupled with the
submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the same is allowed and the table amendment sought for is permitted to be made by the Registry upon the correct particulars of the respondents are furnished to it by the
learned counsel for the applicant.
CM disposed of.
Registry is directed to update the cause title accordingly. SIGN

WP(C) No. 1567/2024:
By this petition, the petitioner who is stated to be a daily rated worker in Irrigation and Flood Control Department, is seeking a direction upon the respondents to regularise his service in terms SRO 64 of 1994.
Since the grievance projected in the petition pertains to a service dispute of Irrigation and Flood Control Department, therefore, is amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, the matter is transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench for its adjudication. Registry to transmit the records of the instant writ petition to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench, after retaining a soft copy thereof for record purposes. Parties shall appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar, Bench on 10.10.2025.
