This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-12) passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he was only to file petition on behalf of petitioner No.2 but inadvertently has filed the present petition on behalf of two petitioners. It is submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on behalf of petitioner No.2 only. 3. In view of the above, the present civil revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4. It is made clear that in case any such petition is filed, the petitioner would also annex the order dated 14.10.2020 vide which earlier application filed by petitioner No.1 under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was dismissed and also annex the latest zimni orders. 5.
