This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Misc. Case No.67 of 2020 (Smt. Neha Singhal vs. Vaibhav Goyal and 6 others) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate FTC Court No.2, Bulandshshar within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the applicant had filed Application u/s 482 No.12583 of 2024 before this Court and this Court vide order dated 17.05.2024 directed the court below to expedite the matter within 90 days from the date of production of the order but till date the order passed by this Court has not been complied with. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid criminal misc. case no.67 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
