Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 20.03.2025 called for the case diary pertaining to Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 36/2025 and granted interim bail to the petitioner, namely, Hasmod Ali @ Hash, son of Nisimuddin Ahmed, which is in force till date, i.e., 15.05.2025. Page No.# 2/2 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that Police, after completion of investigation of the case submitted charge-sheet in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 36/2025 on 28.03.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 64/2025. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum on or before 26.05.2025 for his regular bail in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 36/2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 73/2025. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 20.03.2025 in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 36/2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 73/2025 is extended up to 26.05.2025 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
