Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order dated 12.01.2026 has been wrongly typed out in “Title Suit No.1 of 1999/2000” and Court name “Civil Judge, Bijepur”. 5. In such view of the matter, necessary correction be carried out in para-3 in order dated 12.01.2026 by substituting the Title Suit and Court name as “Title Suit No.6/9 of 1996” in place of “Title Suit No.1 of 1999/2000” and “Additional Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Sohela” in place of Civil Judge, Bijepur”. In view of the aforesaid modification, in para 3 of the order dated 12.01.2026, the Title Suit number and Court name be read as “Title Suit No.6/9 of 1996” and “Additional Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Sohela”. 7.
