JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN ORAL JUDGMENT This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations preferred by the petitioner. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was appointed as the Archaka of the Shri. Basavanna God - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32749 WP No. 33273 of 2024 Temple situated in Beesanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk and that his brother, one Mr.Shivaraju is interfering with his rights as Archaka. It is submitted that the petitioner preferred O.S. No.253/2024 before the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Hoskote and that an order of ad-interim injunction had been granted on 31.07.2024. 4. Pointing out these aspects, the petitioner's preferred Annexures-D,E,F,G and J representations before respondent No.1 and seeks consideration of the same. It is submitted that respondent No.1 had issued Annexure-K communication dated 12.07.2024 requiring the District Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural to take immediate action on the petitioner's representations. It is submitted that even though Annexure-K is dated 12.07.2024, nothing further has been done in the matter. 5. Having considered the contentions advanced, this writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the competent among the respondents to consider the representations preferred by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
