[2.0] Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has approached respondent No.3- Katwara Police Station by way of above stated written complaints, but nothing has been done. [3.0] In view of the above, it appears that without availing appropriate remedy under the provisions of the CrPC / BNSS, the petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. However, respondent No.3- Katwara Police Station is directed to look into the complaint of the petitioner and intimate its outcome to the petitioner within four weeks from date of receipt of this order. If any adverse outcome is there, the petitioner is at liberty to 1le appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. With the above direction, Petition is disposed of.
