G VENKATA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 14.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.13349 of 2023. Respondent Nos.4 & 6 appeared before this Court and submitted that the orders of this Court dated 14.09.2023 have been complied with however with some delay and the same is neither willful nor wanton but is due to administrative reasons and tendered unconditional apology and prayed to close the contempt. Smt Marella Radha, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court disobedience of which is complained of, in this Contempt has been complied with, therefore nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Case and the same may be closed. In view of the above since the order of this Court dated 14.09.2023 has been complied with and having satisfied with the reasons for the delay in complying with the orders was occurred due to administrative reasons, this Contempt Case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
