PP in the matter and perused the record. 3. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioners have already been ordered to be released on bail, but petitioner no.2 is unable to furnish the surety and thereby, remained in custody. In such view of the matter and taking into account the law laid down by the Apex Court in POLICY STRATEGY FOR GRANT OF BAIL, INRE SMWP (Criminal) No. 4/2021; 2023 SCC OnLine SC 483, this Court modifies the condition for release of the petitioner No.2 on bail to the effect that the petitioner no.2 be allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety.
