The petitioners have also sought to issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent - Bank to release the personal guarantees of the petitioner No.2 after adjusting the amount already paid. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the proceedings are also pending before the NCLT in CP(B) No.29/BB/2024. 3. It is submitted that account statements are already filed in the NCLT proceedings, however, at cost of the petitioners, fresh account statement till date to be furnished by the respondent - bank. 5.
