The grievance of the petitioners is that, Form No.57 filed by the petitioners 28.08.2022 is yet to be considered. Whenever any application is filed, the respondent authorities are required to consider the same within a reasonable time either accepting or rejecting the same. Needless to say, if rejection order is passed, the same would have to be accompanied by reasons. In the present matter, neither has been done. 3. Hence, I pass the following: ORDER i.
