THE PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the employee claiming certain disability and the benefits flowing from such disability. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/employee and respondent/Corporation jointly submit that the dispute is amicably settled and the parties have reduced the terms of the settlement in the joint memo. 3
3. The joint memo reads as under:-
"JOINT MEMO
The WP filed seeking to assign light duty to the petitioners, the writ petition has been settled between the parties on the following terms and conditions. 1. The petitioner agreed to get themselves examined before the concerned Jurisdictional medical board for assessment of percentage of disability and shall produce the disability certificate Issued strictly in accordance with the guidelines in terms of the order of the High Court in WP. No. 7140/2023 dated 27.7 2023 and WP No. 8271/2025 dated 27.3.2025, within a period of 2 months from today. 2.
On such production of disability certificate, the Corporation has agreed to examine the claim of the petitioners for providing tight duty in accordance with law. 3. The Corporation is at liberty to seek clarification/re-examination of the disability certificate from the concerned Medical Board in the event it is required."
4. The joint memo is taken on record. 5. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo. Sd/- JUDGE
