JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”) seeking transfer of M.C.No.63/2024 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Haveri to the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Hoovina Hadagali, Vijayanagar District. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The respondent is served with notice, however has remained absent. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the distance between Hoovina Hadagali and Haveri is more than 100 km, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that more hardship will be caused to the petitioner in attending the Court proceedings at Haveri. Hence, the petition is allowed and accordingly, M.C.No.63/2024 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Haveri is withdrawn and transferred to the Court - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2959 CP No. 100270 of 2024 of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Hoovina Hadagali, Vijayanagar District, forthwith. 4.
