The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) To issue a writ of mandamus, directing 2nd respondent to consider Annexure-D representation dated 16.09.2025 and to adjudicate the D.P.A. dated:09.01.2024 vide Annexure-C in favour of petitioner after receiving Stamp Duty and penalty as per the Stamp Duty Act, 1957. b) To pass any other order, or orders deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 19.11.2025, seeking permission of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47644 WP No. 34371 of 2025 Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo reads as follows: "It is submitted that the petitioner does not press the above case and permitted the petitioner to withdraw the above case with liberty in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
