Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report, the Police registered FIR on 19.02.2025 vide Crime No.22 of 2025 on the file of Rompicherla Police Station, Planadu District, for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 351(2) and 79 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 and investigating into the case. 4. Submissions made by learned Additional Government Pleader are placed on record. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition can be closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case, by directing the respondent/Police to follow due procedure established under law. 6.
