Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner is a Sri Lankan National Citizen. The petitioner had committed offence in Crime No.1 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 61(2), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3) and 341(1) of BNS alleging that the petitioner fabricated some seals and issued visas to three third parties. Though he was granted bail, so far he did not come out from prison. Right now, he is confined at Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai. In the meanwhile, if he comes out on bail, he was directed to reside in Special Camp identified and located by the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli, by an order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(1D).No.80, Public (Foreigners.II) Department, dated 14.02.2025. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that now the relatives of the petitioner are very much available at Chennai and as such, the petitioner wants to reside at any Special Camp at Chennai. 5. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that though the petitioner was granted bail, he did not come out so far, since he was imposed condition to reside in the Special Camp. The petitioner also filed a petition for modification in the said condition and the same was also dismissed. Further, he states that no Special Camp is available at Chennai. In view of the above, if the petitioner comes out on bail from the Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai, he shall be put in a Special Camp at Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. 7.
