The present application has been filed with a prayer for impleading (1) The National Institute for the Visually Handicapped through the Director Indian Institute of Visually Handicapped; (2) The Manipur University through its Registrar, Manipur University; (3) The Kamakhya Pemton College through its Principal, Hiyangthang; and (4) The Montfort Centre for Education through the Director cum Principal, Danakgre, Tura, West Garo Hill Meghalaya, 794101, as respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in the LAIREN MAYUM INDRAJE ET SINGH Digitally signed by LAIRENMAYUM INDRAJEET SINGH Date: 2025.07.17 17:13:03 +05'30' 2 connected WP(C) No. 69 of 2025 on the ground that they are necessary party in the said writ petition. Despite service of notice, except for the Manipur University, none of the other officials/institutions appeared before this Court. The learned counsel for the Manipur University Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. Taking into consideration the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of the aforesaid officials/institutions are necessary for adjudication of the issue raised in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is allowed. Registry is directed to implead the aforesaid officials/institutions as mentioned in para No. 5 of the present application as respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in the connected WP(C) No. 69 of 2025.
