Instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No3, not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over Gata No. 191 area 0.068 hectare situated in village Dhanuha, Tehsil Madiyahun, District Jaunpur and for a further direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation made in this behalf dated 16.07.2024. The petitioner has also prayed for a writ of mandamus, restraining the respondents from interfering in his right to raise constructions over the subject land. 2. It is admitted to the petitioner that his application for correction of map under 30 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before the SDM. In other words, there appears to be certain dispute in relation to the Sajra map, and on account of which it appears that the present dispute has arisen. 3. Unless the map is corrected, it would not be appropriate to issue any blanket order in favour of petitioner, as has been prayed for in the writ petition. 4. We leave it open to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the SDM, concerned for expeditious disposal of the proceedings, relating to correction of map or file civil suit against the State and its officials in respect of the right being claimed. 5.
