The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 5.7.2024 as well as order dated 17.5.2025 in complaint case No. 14779 of 2024, whereby one application under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C. has been treated as complaint case as well as mandatory notice has been issued before passing the cognizance order. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction at proper stage.
