Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 12.7.2024 lodged by the respondent no. 4 namely Shivam Singh, in the Police Station- Mirzapur, district Saharanpur, against the petitioners, which has been registered as FIR No. 0101 of 2024 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 12.7.2024, lodged by the first informant against the petitioner." 6. Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 10535 of 2024 has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 24.5.2024 lodged in Case Crime no. 0085 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Mirzapur, District Saharanpur. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no. 2 not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to first information report dated 24.5.2024 lodged in Case Crime no. 0085 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Mirzapur, District Saharanpur." 7.
