1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).
2. On perusal of the record, it appears that all the offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at this juncture submitted that the higher offences are likely to be added in course of investigation. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts the bail application is being disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this court in the event any higher offence is added in the meantime.
4. With the aforesaid observations the ABLAPL is disposed of.
