Petitioner’s only grievance is that she is working as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) in Government High School Kiyao, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla w.e.f. 22.02.2022, which is a hard/difficult area; She has completed the tenure prescribed for serving in hard/difficult area, however, she has not been considered for transfer to soft area in accordance with law. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case she is permitted to submit a fresh representation seeking transfer from the present place of posting, whereafter, the competent authority/respondent No.2 may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a time-bound schedule. 4. Looking into the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to prefer a representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of next four weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
