By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3 to register the FIR and to investigate the matter. 3. As reveals from the complaint, the matter relates to the right and title of the parties pursuant to the bequeathing of the property in the name of the complainant where there is allegations of a manipulation in the documents. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances as is emanating from the complaint and the narration made therein, it appears to be a dispute of civil nature. The Petitioner, if so advised, may resort to an appropriate court of civil nature for redressal of his grievance. The Petitioner, however, may also, if so advised, approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate by way of a complaint, for redressal, if any. 5. In view of the above, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
