Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed a copy of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No.58881 of 2025, wherein the final judgment and order dated 21.11.2023 passed in WA No.791 of 2020 is under challenge and the SLP has been entertained and notice has been issued on the condonation of delay as well as on the SLP.
