(Oral) By way of instant petition, prayer has been made by the petitioner for execution/implementation of judgment dated 17.12.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No. 5175 of 2022, titled Neelam Kumari v. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Ors., whereby direction came to be issued to the respondents to pay sum of Rs. 5.00 lakh as interim compensation to the petitioner on account of death of her husband, within eight weeks. Since needful never came to be done within the stipulated time, petitioner has approached this Court in the instant proceedings. 2 2. Before reply, if any, could be called from the respondents, Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, Advocate, while appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated is being complied with and in that regard, cheque amounting to Rs. 5.00 lakh has been prepared and same shall be deposited in the Registry of this Court today itself. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of.
