The present appeal is filed against the judgement and order dated 31.01.2001 passed by Shri B.B. Singh VIIth Additional District Judge, Meerut in Session Trial No. 799 of 1998, State of U.P. vs. Pankaj Tyagi. 2. Perused the office report dated 27.03.2025 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, dated 05.03.2025. According to which, the sole appellant Pankaj Tyagi has died on 02.12.2023. A copy of the statement of Nakshatra Tyagi son of the appellant, Preeti Tyagi widow of the appellant and copy of the statement of Sub Inspector Satendra Kumar in respect of death of the sole appellant on the aforesaid date as well as death certificate have also been annexed along with the report. 3.
