We are not aware of the pendency position before the Tribunal and even otherwise, we are not inclined to issue any direction for disposal of the case within a specified time frame. We leave it open to the petitioner to make request for expeditious disposal of the claim petition before the Tribunal itself. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
