The relevant portion of order dated 29.07.2022 passed by this Court is reproduced as under:- “Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and on instructions from Ms. Aakriti, L.A. The copy of speaking order dated 18.09.2024 has been taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Registry is directed to tag speaking order dated 18.09.2024 at an appropriate place. 4. In view of the above, order dated 29.07.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-13150-2022 has already been complied with, as speaking order dated 18.09.2024 has been passed. 5. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 6. Needless to say that petitioners can avail any other remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law, to challenge the speaking order dated 18.09.2024 passed by Addl.
