1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he would feel satisfied in case if the instant petition is
disposed of at this stage by directing the respondents to treat the same as representation and accord consideration within some reasonable period, to which Mr. Ilayas Laway, learned GA on the asking of the Court submits that he has no serious objection provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with rules and as per law.
2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage by directing respondents to treat the instant petition as representation and to accord consideration to the same within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with the writ petition and the annexures are made available to the respondents. However, it is made clear that while according consideration to the case of the petitioner, respondents are directed to give due weightage to the
order/judgment passed by this Court in OWP No. 1549/2015 dated 25.10.2017 which has been placed on record as annexure-VII in the instant petition.
3. The decision which is likely to be taken be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post.
