CRL.M.A. 8556/2025 (modification of order dated 20.02.2025) 3. By way of the instant application, the applicant seeks modification of order dated 20.02.2025 passed by this Court vide which the petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. 4. Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5. The petitioner is permitted to furnish a cash surety of Rs.10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount, as mentioned in order dated 20.02.2025. 8. It is clarified that the other conditions imposed on the petitioner will remain the same. 9. In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. 10.
