JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 4 27-03-2025 The instant writ petition is filed for proper investigation of Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No.63 of 2024 Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2262 of 2024(4) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 dated 11.08.2024 for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 92, 352(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the private respondent that in the said case, police has already filed charge sheet before the Competent Court of the learned Magistrate and the Court below has taken cognizance against the accused persons. 3. In view of such submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case with liberty to raise all the issues relating to his grievance in the Court below. 4.
