It is the case of the petitioner that she is wife of Late Veer Singh, who was a Government Servant. Earlier, he had married, but after the death of his first wife, he married the petitioner. But, the petitioner is not getting family pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had made multiple representations to the respondent authority; the last representation was made on 13.06.2025, which is Annexure No.9 to the writ petition. But, it has yet not been decided by the respondents. Learned State Counsel would submit that decision would be taken on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2025, within a period of three weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2025, which is Annexure No.9 to the writ petition, within a period of three weeks.
