Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45567 WP No. 8097 of 2025 "WHEREFORE, the petitioners prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to: a) Issue a writ of mandamus against the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 and 23.10.2024 at Annexure-X and Y. b) Pass such other order or orders deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 4. Vide representations dated 19.08.2025 and 23.10.2024, the petitioner has sought for allotment of a site in the layout formed by respondent Nos. 2 to 4. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite said representations having been submitted, they have not been considered till date. Whenever any application for allotment of sites are made to the KIADB, it is for the KIADB to consider the said application and pass necessary orders on the same in accordance with law, either accepting the request or rejecting the request. If there is an order of rejection passed, necessarily the same would have to be - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45567 WP No. 8097 of 2025 followed with reasons. Neither having been done, I pass the following:- ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations of petitioner dated 19.08.2025 and 23.10.2024 at Annexures - X and Y within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner for allotment of the site.
