The petitioner has stated to have sought for allotment of alternative land. It is stated that the said land has been reserved for grant in favour of project displaced persons and he is entitled for his application to be considered and in light of inaction of the respondents has filed the present petition. 3. Perused the Order passed in W.P.No.26226/2024. 4. Learned AGA submits that the representation of the petitioner would be disposed of as per law after verifying entitlement of the petitioner. 5.
