The first defendant is the revision petitioner, seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.939 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram. It is seen that pleadings are complete, and an amendment application has been taken out, which was also allowed. The matter is being adjourned for the purpose of carrying out the amendment. 4.
