This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC’) seeking transfer of M.C.No.40/2024 pending consideration before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Jamakhandi, Bagalkot District to the competent Family Court at Hoovina Hadagali, Vijayanagar District. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, it is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner is residing at Makarabbi village of Hoovina- Hadagali Taluk and the distance between Jamakhandi and the village where the petitioner is residing is more than 220 kms. As the petitioner is residing with her parents, she is having financial difficulty to attend the proceedings. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the hardship that would be caused to the petitioner herein, I am of the view that the petition requires to be allowed.
