Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents to accord consideration to the representation (Annexure-III) of the writ petition filed by the petitioner 3rd February, 2025, within some reasonable time frame in accordance with law, to which, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 02. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of at its threshold by directing the respondents, more particularly, respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the representation, which has been placed on record as (Annexure-3) of the writ petition filed by the petitioner on 3rd February, 2025, strictly under rules and in accordance with law, if not already decided, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this Order is served upon respondents. 03. The order of consideration, to be passed by the respondents on the representation of the petitioner, shall be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post against the proper receipt. 04.
