Heard Mr. A.S.Tapadar, learned counsel for the petitioner Lutfor Ali who has filed this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Jogighopa Police Station Case No. 16/ 2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 85/109/326(g)/351(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. D.P. Goswami for the respondent State. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he set ablaze the informant’s house. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar. 5. It appears that vide order dated 03.03.2025, the petitioner was granted interim bail. 6. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. 7. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and has co-operated with the investigation. His statement has also been recorded and he has not violated the bail conditions. He is a local resident and has pledged to abide by any stringent bail condition if imposed upon him. Investigation has also progressed substantially. 8. Considering all the aspects, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 03.03.2025 is hereby made absolute. 9. Send back the Case Diary. 10. The Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
