Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to the Ld. Trial Court, Amritsar for adjudicating the civil suit bearing No.CS-330- 2022 dated 07.02.2022 titled as Jatinder Singh Vs. Kiranwinder Pal Singh Hundal and another, pending in the Court of Ld. Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar, expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the civil suit is filed in the year 2022 and till date no decision has been taken on the same. The petitioner has placed on record zimni orders along with this petition. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the whole file of the case. 4. A perusal of the zimni orders show that there is no delay on the part of the Court, rather adjournments are being sought by the parties Yogesh Mehta 2025.07.25 17:56 I agree to specified portions of this document CR-4668-2025 [2] because of which there is a delay in deciding the civil suit. 5.
