The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “(i) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire charge sheet no. Unregistered dated 03/01/2021 arising out of the Crime No.560/2020 filed in the Court of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh), and quash the F.I.R. registered against the petitioner and further be pleased to quash the entire proceedings pending before the trial court as Criminal Case No.25/2021. (ii) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in favor of the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the trial is on the verge of its completion and evidence of the witnesses has already been recorded. 4.
