Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 2. The petitioners are seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Tahsildar, Ramanagara Taluk, to consider the representations at Annexures-K, L, M and N by issuing saguvali chit in the name of the petitioners with respect to their lands in Sy.No.211 of Aralalusandra Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagar Taluk. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the petition papers, this Court finds that respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Ramanagara Taluk, is duty bound to consider the representations given by the petitioners for issuance of grant certificate/saguvali chit.
Needless to observe that the Tahsildar may call upon the petitioners to furnish any required information, verify the same from the records, and if the Tahsildar finds that

the petitioners were in fact granted the lands and if the petitioner has already paid the kimath, then the Tahsildar has to proceed to issue the grant certificate/saguvali chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.
